• Overview
Our Price Match Guarantee ensures that our customers receive the best value for their inflatable rentals. If you find a lower price for the same type of inflatable from a qualifying competitor, we will match that price, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.
• Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for our Price Match Guarantee, the following conditions must be met:
1. Competitor Requirements:
- The competitor must be a legally registered business within the state of South Carolina.
- The competitor must have a physical presence in Horry County for Horry County-based customers or Georgetown County for Georgetown County-based customers.
- The competitor must offer online booking for their inflatable rental services.
- The competitor must have an active and accessible website.
- The competitor must be currently operating and providing the service at the time of the price match request.
2. Inflatable Comparability:
- The inflatable being compared must be of the same type, size, and quality.
- The inflatable must be in similar condition and include similar features.
- The inflatable must be currently available to book for an event.
- Any special promotions, discounts, or package deals offered by the competitor must be reflected in their publicly advertised pricing.
3. Proof of Lower Price:
- Customers must provide proof of the lower price from the qualifying competitor, using a link to the competitor's website showing the lower price.
- The proof must include the date, which should be within the last 30 days from the date of the price match request.
• Exclusions
Our Price Match Guarantee does not apply to the following:
- Prices from companies that do not have a verifiable website.
- Prices from companies that are no longer in business.
- Prices from companies that do not offer online booking services.
- Prices from companies that are not registered and in good standing within the state of South Carolina.
- Prices from companies located outside Horry County or Georgetown County, depending on the customer's location.
- Prices from auction sites, membership clubs, unauthorized sellers, or marketplace websites, such as but not limited to Facebook Marketplace or Craigslist.
- Prices for inflatables that are not of the same type, size, and quality.
• Process for Price Match Request
1. Submission:
- To request a price match, customers must contact our customer service team with the necessary proof of the lower price.
- Submissions can be made via email, phone, or through our website's contact form.
2. Verification:
- Our team will verify the competitor's price and eligibility based on the criteria outlined above.
- Verification may take up to 5 business days.
3. Approval:
- Once verified, we will match the competitor’s price for the qualifying inflatable rental.
- Customers will be notified of the approval and any further steps required to complete the booking.
• Changes and Modifications
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our Price Match Guarantee at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated terms on our website.
